Step through Troubleshooting - Send us your Mac activity files
Open a Finder window and go to your Applications folder. Scroll to find the SoleusSync application. Right click on it and select the option to Show Package Contents.
Then look for SSdata.txt and XMLdata**.tcx files. You may not have both types of files. Select them and drag them to the desktop folder or documents folder.
Once you have dragged them to another folder, go to the Software Help page and send them to us.
