Soleus Return Policy
- Merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
- You must obtain an Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before you can return any merchandise.
- To get an RMA number, email us at email@example.com and include your name, Soleus order #, and reason for return.
Retail Store Purchases:
- Merchandise purchased at a retail location or other online store must be returned to that retailer.
- Contact the retailer directly for their specific return policy.
Service and Repair:
- Factory defective merchandise returned within 30 days is eligible for RMA return
- Worn or damaged merchandise is not eligible for RMA return
