Standard shipping for Soleus orders is USPS Ground (USPS for APO/PO boxes)
USPS Ground: FREE for orders over $50.00
-Orders under $50.00 ship ground for a flat rate of $5.00.
-Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of credit card approval
- Weekend orders are processed on Mondays
- Holiday orders are processed the next business day
- Your order should arrive within 10 business days of shipping

- Currently, we ship online orders within the contiguous U.S. only. If you are outside the U.S., please refer to our Global Distributors page to find authorized Soleus dealers near your location.
Soleus Return Policy
- Merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
- You must obtain an Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before you can return any merchandise.
- To get an RMA number, email us at email@example.com and include your name, Soleus order #, and reason for return.
Retail Store Purchases:
- Merchandise purchased at a retail location or other online store must be returned to that retailer.
- Contact the retailer directly for their specific return policy.
Service and Repair:
- Factory defective merchandise returned within 30 days is eligible for RMA return
- Worn or damaged merchandise is not eligible for RMA return
