And the Winner is…

The Soleus GPS 1.0 has been creating quite a BUZZ around the Webosphere the last couple months after launching in early October. The reviews are rolling in as the product is rolling out to stores and retailers across the world. The results are in…we’ve got a Winner!!

Running and Rambling blog (2nd ranked running blog on Web) referred to the GPS 1.0 as “revolutionary, in all the ways that are most important to me. It’s basic. It’s affordable. It’s eco-friendly and low-profile. Best of all, it’s highly accurate, and tells me exactly how far I’ve run.”

DC Rainmaker also weighs in on the GPS 1.0 – “its simplicity is astonishingly easy to use, and even more importantly – its accuracy is dead on.”

“As far as battery life goes in my testing, I’ve been really impressed in that my 2.5 weeks since having the watch, I have yet to charge the unit.”

“For those looking to simply know (accurately) how far they’ve gone and how fast they’re going – this is without question the perfect watch.”

Soleus Watches in the Philippines

David Arnold, founder of Soleus watches, recently got back from a trip overseas to the Philippines to visit distribution partners and meet the local runners who call themselves Team Soleus. With running being one of the fastest growing sports in the Philippines, the Soleus brand has been met with overwhelming support and popularity, as was David on his trip.

One of the people that David met along his voyage was Cheryl Golangco (in picture to right of David), a local school teacher and fellow runner who also has her own blog http://www.littlerunningteacher.com. After meeting with David and learning more about the watch collection and what the Soleus brand is about, Cheryl shared her thoughts on her blog in the articles provided below. Soleus is slowly taking over the world, one country and blog at a time!
