Tyler Pennel Takes Twin Cities
This past Sunday was the Twin Cities Marathon in Minnesota and ZAP Fitness Elite Runner, Tyler Pennel, secured his first US Title Win with a blazing time of 2:13:33!! I am a former track participant and one time coach. I have always loved the sport of running and have followed it since the 1968 Mexico City Olympics.
